One simple price per system

Extra systems
+$9/mo
For each added furnace, AC or heat pump. A mini split with up to 2 indoor heads counts as one system.

Two visits a year, and help first when you need it
Fall heating tune up
- Heat exchanger inspected and carbon monoxide checked
- Burners, igniter and flame sensor cleaned and tested
- Gas or propane pressure, venting and safety controls checked
- Heat pump defrost and backup heat tested
Spring AC tune up
- Refrigerant pressures checked
- Capacitor and contactor tested, connections tightened
- Outdoor coil rinsed and drain line cleared
- Cooling performance and thermostat checked
Every visit
- A standard 1 inch filter replaced at every tune up
- Nothing gets fixed without your OK and a price first

- Front of the line on every call, nights and weekends included
- No service call fee on repairs

- $200 off a new system

Need a repair?
Call the same number. Members go to the front of the line.

- New equipment, ductwork or duct cleaning
- Problems that existed before joining. We find them on the first visit and quote them before doing anything.

Common questions
Priority Club questions
Is there a contract?
No. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime.
What does front of the line mean?
When you call for a repair, members are scheduled ahead of non-members. That matters most on the first cold night of the year, when everyone calls at once.
My system is old. Can I still join?
Yes. Your first tune up will tell you where it stands. If we find a problem that was already there, we'll explain it and quote it before anything is done.
Do lake houses and rentals qualify?
Yes. Empty houses in winter are exactly where a checked furnace pays off.
What happens if I sell the house?
The membership can transfer to the new owner.
